Embedded graphics in Windows Mail

No embedded graphics show up in my Windows Mail incoming mails - just a blank
space and red 'x' mark. Some of them bring up connected website when
clicked. I did not have this probelm with my Outlook Express with XP os.
Please tell me how to fix this.

Did you turn on graphics viewing?
Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..."
