I have a True Type font that we own (my company) and it able to be embedded.

I have embedded sucessfully in PowerPoint, but I'm having trouble in word.
We want to make

We want to make templates for the company, but it doesn't seem to be
working. When I send the document to someone without the font, it shows up
in the wrong font.

Please help, I'm doing what it should, but it isn't working propperly

Hi Jonathan:

Font embedding is always risky. Most people don't do it any longer because
it rarely works properly.

Just because you own the font, does not mean you have a license to
distribute it. Even if you do have a license to embed the font, that does
not mean it will work on someone else's computer.

There are various levels of permission a font designer can set on a font.
You may have one that can be embedded for display only. As soon as the
other user attempts to edit, the font will disappear.

The only safe way to do this is to send the font to everyone and ensure that
they install it.

Cheers
