Emails with Attachments won't send

About a week ago my Outlook 2003 started acting funny. If I try to send an
email with an attachment it will not process/send the email. It just hangs
in my outbox. Any emails without attachments send just fine. Using my
internet providers webmail I can send emails with attachments so it has to be
Outlook that is having the problem. I also tried the Office Repair
Installation and that did not work. I have Norton 2004 but have the feature
to scan outgoing email set to off. Any ideas?

WIth Norton, in order to truly get it to stop scanning email, it may be
necessary to uninstall the product completely and reinstall, specifying that
you don't want the email scanning option installed.
