emails will not download from server

I use outlook 2002 (with all updates/sp). I can send receive emails from isp
accounts, hotmail account, and used to be able to send/receive using my
website accounts too.

I can still send emails using any of the 4 accounts set up on my website
email addresses, but can not receive any emails sent to those addresses.
They stay on the server. I get NO ERROR. Outlook gives a checkmark that it
has checked the server and no messages to download. The SAME accounts set up
in Outlook Express work fine for both send and receive. I have recreated the
accounts in Outlook, cleared messages from the server and tried with new
messages and still can not receive them unless I switch to Outlook Express.
I do not want to use 2 email programs. How do I get Outlook to cooperate?

RESOLVED. By setting up Send and Receive groups under tools I was able to
split duplicate domain requests into diffferent groups. For example, I
connect to my website domain name several times for several different email
addresses on that domain (requestquote@, generalcontact@, research@, etc).
Outlook was blocking me from doing that.

By telling it to only check one or two addresses at the same time, each
email address is now able to send and receive without conflict with any
other. Was hard to figure out since Outlook was giving me no error message
and appeared to be checking the email addresses.
