Emails Send and Receive disconnects immediately!

Hi Chrissie here
Can anyone tell me how I can get back my sending and receiving emails please? Strangley I can go on the Internet on my normal ISP.
 
Hi

If you are using Outlook Express, please make sure the following option is not selected

Open Outlook Express
Click Tools and then Options
Select Connections tab
Uncheck Hang up after sending and Receiving messages
Click Apply & O
