Some of the emails I receive from approved clients are marked [spam] when in
fact they are not. How do I get rid of that?

Not an Outlook question. Outlook never adds "[spam]" to the subject of
messages. Investigate the antispam software on either your PC or the server
you use.

Not an Outlook question since Outlook isn't doing that. Contact your mail
server provider.
