Emails in inbox have disappeared.

emails in inbox have disappeared. It hasnt been deleted and it's not in
other folders. its also not showing in recover deleted items
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK or OUTLOOK EXPRESS newsgroup.
