Emails I send w/ attachments are not reaching their destinations.

When I try to send picture files or other large attachments, using outlook,
they leave my outbox, and say they have been sent successfully (i.e. don't
come back with error messages) but are never recieved by their reciepients.
Is there a maximum limit on the size of attachments I can send, if not, what
would be causing this problem?

10 meg is pretty standard, but normally you would receive a "bounce" message
from the other end saying it was too big
