Emails always show attachment icon

Has anyone else had this problem? My virus scan shows a
clean slate. Yet whenever I send an email with Outlook,
the attachment icon is there. Please help!
 
Are you using v-cards? Also, how are you formatting your
messages: html, rich text or plain text?
