why ar attach gone after saending them > 99 time

i receive every day a email with a PDF file as attachment. The name of the
PDF file is always the same. When i look ij my inbox i see pdffile(1),
pdffile(2)....up to 99 and then all the emails i receive with that file
attached do no more show the attachment. Can somebody help please.

Outlook 2003 (windows XP)

You need to clear out Outlook's secure temp folder. Take a peek at:
