Emailing reduced size pictures

I have been using the feature where you right-click
a .jpg and choose to Send To, Email Recipient, and a box
pops up asking/suggesting that you reduce the size of the
jpg before sending, and then opens an email window with
the reduced version of the jpg attached.

Suddenly, I don't get the reducing message. It just
directly opens an email and attaches the full-sized jpg.

What do I do?

Click Start, Run and type REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

This fixes the Perceived types and you'll see the Resize dialog next time.
