Hi,
I wonder if someone can tell me how to fix this in windows xp home edition.
Up until recently, I would open a folder with picture files (.jpg file),
select a certain file, and then by right-clicking on that file, I would
select the 'send to' option and then 'mail recipient'.
The next thing would be that a dialog box would open and ask me whether I
wanted to reduce the size of the file or keep the current size. I would
select an option and then proceed. If I selected the option to reduce the
picture size, It would do it and put it as an attachment in my outgoing
message.
All the sudden, this dialog box with these two options does not come up
anymore( for whatever reason).
I initially thought that I had to change the folder properties but it still
does not work.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Samuel
