emailing pictures from "my pictures"

Can anyone tell me where the pictures go when I click
make smaller. The pictures are "prepared" then the box
disappears and nothing happens. What is the default
email service, I do not use Outlook. Please help me ASAP

They go to the e/mail program that you selected instead
of outlook, If you selected nothing then they go nowhere
