Emailing Images using OE 6 (IE 7 also used)

Does anyone know how to enable the "Make my pictures smaller" option for
sending images via email?? I'm using XP Home SP2 with latest updates, IE7,
OE6, but when I click on "email this picture" or right click and select send
to: mail recipient, the option to resize doesn't come up as it used to in XP
Pro on my old machine, can't find anything in H&S Centre in XP, does anyone
know??

Many thanks,
Stephen

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

Go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
