Emailing from Excel

I have a user on frame internet and we use Exchange for
our email server and Outlook for email. When we atempt to
send to an email recipient from within Excel, the Internet
Connection Wizard launches. Any suggestions?

Close all Office programs and :

See if Outlook is your mail program for Office
On the Control Panel>Internet options (Program Tab)
