Emailing Form information with Form questions asked not just resu.

I am trying to set up my form to email me not only the results, but the
questions asked as well. When I get the results emailed, I don't always know
what the results correspond to and they are not always in the order as on the
form. If anyone can help and let me know if this is possible it would be
great. Thanks ahead of time.

In the form setup...Save Fields (something to that effect).
You should name your fields so the kinda correspond to the question.

Why would the fields name not qualify the responses?
