emailing an Access report

Paul, use Microsoft's Snapshot Viewer feature which saves
Access report's EXACTLY as they appear in Print Preview.
 
Thanks, Kathleen. The Snapshot Viewer sounds like what I need - I'm working
on getting it downloaded - not easy with the security precautions on my
network, but I'm sure I'll get it eventually.
