ConvertReportToPDF - Lebans - Converting Multiple Reports at once

Don

Hello, I'm using the ConvertReportToPDF feature that Stephen Lebans wrote for
my Access 2003 application. This has worked really well. Of course now my
users are wanting to print mulitple Access reports to one pdf. Has anyone
done this?

Is it possible to create multiple snapshot (one for each report) and then
merge the snapshots into one snapshot and pass it to the convert PDF function?

Thanks

Sorry, the answers are no and no.

Merging multiple PDF's into a single document is the most requested feature
for my Report2PDF solution. I've been meaning to add this functionaltiy for
months now and simply have not found the time.

A GoogleGRoups search of the Access NG's on this issue will yield several
relevant threads.

Thanks, the PDF functionality you created so far is great. I thought about
creating a main report with subreports (having the subreports be each of the
reports I need) but realize then I lose the fields in the orig reports page
headers section.

To accomplish the above, I suggest you use

http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

After you install the above application on your computer, go into the
program files directory and you'll find a a sample directory that has some
really incredible windows script examples that show how to combine multiple
documents into one. The scripts and example code from above are really
slick,
and will work well with little Modifications iside of MS access.

I can't say how strongly I recommend Stephen solution for every other
application when you need PDF files. The only
exception is if you need a means to combined multiple pdfs into one...
