Publish access reports in word messes the formatting up

I have to email reports to users that do not have Access or snapshot viewer
and everytime I convert it to another program it messes the formatting up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I found that converting the report into a pdf solved the problem. The
formatting is preserved and everybody can open and see pdf's. I personally
use Adobe Acrobat to do this, as it adds buttons directly into access that
are "one-click" buttons to handle the conversion.
