emailed distribution group but sits in my outbox won't send

I have set up a distribution group. When I send to a group it just sits in my
outbox and won't send. It also holds up all mail after it. I never had this
problem with Outlook 2002. What do I do?

Try with a different distrubtion list with few contacts in them . If that
works then the distrubtion list is corrupted.

I had this trouble the other day when I had manually selected addresses to
send an email to, perhaps 20 and it would not send either. I finally just
deleted that email, but this one needs to go out to a lacrosse team and is
important. Of course, I just signed up to be the team coordinator and my new
2003 Outlook does not seem to like to send to distribution list.

Why are you so sure it's Outlook? Sounds to me like your provider may have
set a limit on the number of recipients. Did you check with them?
DL's are a poor choice for grouping recipients. They are not reliable and
are hard to maintain. Most of us use Categories or separate Contact
subfolders to group recipients.

To delete the email, try disconnecting the CAT5 cable, close outlook,
restart, then delete it. After that reconnect the cable.
