Barry, I have the same problem. I use Outlook '03 and have for quite some
time. Some days it is fine, but other times sent messages sit in the Outbox.
The only way I get them to send is to restart my computer. Just closing
Outlook and reopening it doesn't work. I am not aware of any recent changes
to my computer, but this has only been happening for the past 3 weeks.
Another girl in my office has the same problem. It is really frustrating.
