someone from IBM suddenly can no longer get her emails to reach me. she gets
and error which says " 550 you are not allowed to send email to ....." i
just ran some updates for windows media player and i've read somewhere that
my security may now be blocking her. i called my provider and he ran a test.
he gets her emails. i have no emails waiting, unopened at the server, so
what is this all about???? help please....

She is sending from a non-corporate mail account at work. She should send
from her IBM account (or not at all).

ok, so i checked the links and tried removing the email scan on incoming
emails. that did not work. i read somewhere that the upgrade for this
windows media can sometimes block certain ISP's. where do i find more info
on this? how do i get this account to resume mailing to me? she has been
sending from an IBM account for 2 months and suddenly (with the change on my
computer around 10/6) she can't get her emails to reach me. i need more info
regarding what these upgrades can do to my system in regard to NOT getting
certain emails.
