If it's a POP email account, and you wish to access it on two computers, you
need to configure both of them to leave the email on the server (at least
for a short time).
In Windows Mail/Live Mail
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after [xx] days
You only need to set one computer to remove after [xx] days.
