Email Web Links

Until about a wek ago i could click on web links in emails that i had
recieved and i would be sent to that link on the web.
For some reason, now, the web links have stopped working and i don't know
whats changed. If i click on the link nothing happens. I am using outlook
2003.
Can anyone help?

Did you install IE8?
