Launching web links

I now can't get web links to launch from the body of emails in outlook. I
clik on them and nothing happens - it just displays the web address in a
yellow box, but it doesn't launch. Also, there seems to be no means to copy
and paste. How do I get a web link to launch in outlook just by clicking on
it?

Version of outlook? which folder are you using? Links are disabled in junk
email in newer versions.
