EMAIL WAS TRANSFERRED TO OUTLOOK

Suddenly my sbcyahoo inbox mail vanished and is now in MS Outlook, which I so
nor use. How to I get my email back?
 
For about two hours. Cou;dn't fid a thing but didn't yet try the Pay for
advice sites.
