email users

New at different users. Set up limited user,not knowing
others password,whoever opens mail first(outlook and
incredimail) gets it,and I can't access.I am
admin.Presently only one mail address.Any thoughts for
the ignorant?

If the first user has mail configured to delete from the server, then it
won't be there when you later attempt to access it. That option is
available in the configuration area of many mail clients.

If all users elect to NOT remove from server, messages will accumulate
there...so be sure to clear them from time to time. This can be managed
via a WEBmail interface, if available, or through several other methods.
