Transfer Outlook 2007 Mail and Settings from another user account

My user account got corrupted. I created a new user account and copied over
most of my programs to the new user account. But, I can't transfer over my
Outlook 2007 and Incredimail messages and settings to those applications in
the new user account. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

And this would be the same computer running IE8 that's giving you fits when

Yes, this is the same computer running IE 8. As long as I don't access the
forum on IE 8. There is no problem with IE 8 on any other site. Why this
particular site crashes IE 8 is a mystery to me, but I'm glad no other site
does.

I was able to successfully import my Incredimail settings and messages from
the old corrupt user account to the new one, but still don't know how to do
this with Outlook 2007. So, any ideas would be appreciated.
