email trouble

I have my settings correct for my isp, yet I cannot send
or receive email in a limited user account. It works
when I log on to the admin account but not the limited
one where is where I want to use the program from. Again
the settings are the same, the network settings are the
same. But no dice. Windows messenger doesn't work
either. What gives?

when you say limitied what exactly do you mean. I know if
you have not given the Limited user at least power user
rights then you will not be able to run anything.
