Hi,
I have recently moved into a new job and this one entails dealing with
things called trouble reports, about 70 of these are created on a daily
basis and I have to keep track of any changes that are made within each
one, the way that this has been traditionally done is through email
communication between the trouble report creator and myself (and also
any other interested parties), this tend to lead to a huge amount of
emails and I am looking for some way of keeping track of them all. I am
looking for some way of tracking all the lastest information regarding
each trouble report and having some way of alerting me or flagging that
a particular Trouble report requires attention, I would be grateful if
anyone reading this could suggest solutions to this problem.
Regards,
Noel

You need a helpdesk management system.

We just happen to have one ... <g>

Have a look at http://www.lbehelpdesk.com/ and in particular
http://www.lbehelpdesk.com/helpdesk-mail.htm for automated handling of
incoming emails
