How do I print the tracking information on the actual email?

I work in an office where, for legal back up we need to print and file the
tracking information as we send out emails to clients.

It seems such a waste of paper and file space to print the email seperately
to the tracking information and have seperate delivery report and read
receipt.

I'm sure an old colleague of mine in another company was able to print this
information at the bottom of the email. Please let me know if this is
possible and if so, how do I do it?! Help save some trees and our admin
assistants time spent filing!

You might want to search http://www.slipstick.com to see if there is a 3rd
party addin that will do this for you. I know there are several addins
designed especially for the legal field.
