email to contact X always send FROM address Z

I want it so if I send an email to Joe it will use my (e-mail address removed)
address

But if I send an email to Betty it will always use my (e-mail address removed)
address

I know how to do this manually using Outlook. How can it be done
automatically in Outlook? Rule? vba add-in?
 
Outlook does not provide anyway to control the account that you're sending from on a per-recipient basis.
