sort email by email address sent to.

I am placing an add in the phone book with a new email address in the ad
([email protected]). I have added that email address to my user account on SBS so
now I recieve all email from (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) in one Outook
inbox. I have tried to set up rules to move any incoming mail addressed to
(e-mail address removed) into a folder in the inbox called "ad". All of my regular email
went into this folder also.

I just want to be able to track how many emails I get from this ad. any
suggestions on making this owrk or other ideas on how to do it?

Since you're using Exchange it's likely using the entire mailbox rather than
just the SMTP alias you specified, or rather it's saying "any mail sent to
this Exchange recipient".

One thing you could try is setting the rule to move it based on "specific
words in the recipient address", or if that doesn't work "with specific
words in message header" and put the (e-mail address removed) address in there.
