Email this file command

When I select a picture from My Pictures and try to Email it using the
"Email this file" command, a window should launch giving me the option of
resizing the picture down to under 100k (depending on the size of the
original). This worked fine until a couple of months ago when suddenly the
command started sending the full-sized pix file directly to Outlook Express,
skipping the resize option. Can anyone help with why it shut off--I assume
I did something stupid--and how I can get it back. Thanks.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

Who knows what killed it? Probably
something you installed caused
shimgvw.dll to become unregistered.
