email text shifts to the right side

Notice that when i receive some emails that every paragraph shifts further
and further to the right side of the page. Can someone explain his and how to
fix it.

It sounds like when you reply to an email it indents the original sender's
message. After it goes back and forth a few times the original message is
moved way over. Obviously you can't do anything about other people's Outlook
indenting the previous message, but for your's do this:

Click TOOLS / OPTIONS / on the PREFERNCES TAB click E-MAIL OPTIONS. In the
ON REPLIES AND FORWARDS section change the WHEN REPLYING TO A MESSAGE to
INCLUDE ORIGINAL MESSAGE TEXT.

That should take care of the indenting on your part.
