Email text not showing

Hi All, I have a user who receives emails however the text of the email is
not shown in the read pain.

He can see the text of the emails message if he selects to reply or forward
the emails.

This does not happen with all his emails, most work normally.

Office 2003
Citrix environment, no other user is experiencing this problem.

any help greatly appreciated.
