email signature does not change when I change accounts

I had my email accounts set up with different signatures, and for awhile, the
signatures would change when I changed account. Now, it stays with the
default account signature. Any ideas why, or how I can make it do what it's
supposed to again?

We have no ideas since you decided your version/configuration was a secret.

That feature requires Word as your email editor. Tools | Options | Mail Format

Hi, I am aware one of the replies in this message stated "That feature
requires Word as your email editor. Tools | Options | Mail Format",

However, I have tried many things for hours now and cannot get Outlook to
change the signature when I change the account.

Here's what I want to occur...
Create a New Mail Message>click on accounts(toolbar icon)>change the
account> I want the signature to automatically change as I specified in Tools
| Options | Mail Format | Signatures for each account.

What wrong? any idea? It used to work then when I edited a new HTML
signature and inserted it, I lost the above functionality.
Thanks, Steve Walters, UK.
p.s. if I find an answer I will be sure to post it here.

Two settings are required, both configured in Tools | Options | Mail Format:

1) Word as your email editor
2) An automatic signature set for each account, including your default account
