email sent saying address currupt but link they gave me wont open

I received an email saying that my email address maybe corrupt & they had a
link for me to go to & follow but this link wont open & Im concerned as they
say if its not done in 72 hours my account maybe closed. Could you please
tell me what to do. (e-mail address removed)
 
Sounds like a scam to me. By clicking on that link, you probably downloaded
some spyware or virus software.

BUT, this is not an email nesgroup. This group deals with building database
files in Microsoft Access (part of Microsoft Office Pro)
