email rules 2 questions

Actually I have 2 questions regarding rules in OL2003.
#1)
I have created a rule to move all email from the Sent box to a Personal
Folder Sent box. I also turned off saving email to Sent Folder in options.
This works great except, all the email coming into the Personal Folder Sent
box is marked as Unread. Can this be changed to Read?
#2)
I have a rule directing all email to my Inbox to Personal Folder Inbox. This
is due to the fact that the server administrator limits my folder size on the
server. All the email seems to be moving to the selected folder. My question
is, will all my rules that should be activated when email arrives actually
run on the relocated emails?

Just a general comment. I have been running OL2000 for sometime. When my
rules seemed to exceed the 32K limit, I changed to OL2003. Now I use the
search folders in Personal Folders to replace 90% of the previous rules. Very
Handy!!!\

Whether your other rules will run on incoming mail depends on the order in
which you apply the rules. Us the Move up and Down buttons to set the
order.

example: 1st rule says if subject includes Outlook, put in Outlook
Category.
2nd rule says move incoming mail to Personal Folder.

That will work fine. If you switch the order, the Categorising rule will
do nothing as the email has already been moved.
