Email replies not including last email received

Hi All,
This is a simple problem I expect. My replies with outlook email are not
containing the text of the email being responded to ... when there are back
and forth emails. It does work for a first reply, just not on repeating
replies.

My Tools/Preferences/Email Options are set to include the text of the
"original" received email.

I am on Outlook with MS word on as editor (Office 2000), windowsXP.

Is there a way to include the entire back and forth email text?

tia,
Gil

Change the look of forwarded and replied to messages
In the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu,
click Options.
Click the Preferences tab, and then click E-Mail Options.
Do one or more of the following:
Change the format of forwarded messages

In the When forwarding a message box, click the option you
want.
Change the format of replied to messages

In the When replying to a message box, click the option
you want.

Just a thought. Do you have the setting set (in the same
place you mentioned) for both Replying and Forwarding? If
so you might try switching to "include and indent original
message text" to see if that triggers the desired
response. Otherwise it sounds like you've already got the
right settings set. Luck, WD
