Email Problems

I receive the following error message

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'press release Bryn Gobaith',
Account: 'POP3.ntlworld.com', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '421 aamtaout04-winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused from
[87.237.64.164]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number:
0x800CCC67

I've had no problems until now but can't sort it out. I'm running Vista and
Windows Mail.

Please Help! Thanks

Are connecting through NTL?
 
Yes - is that a problem?

No. Not connecting through NTL could cause a problem like this. That '421
aamtaout04-winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused from [87.237.64.164]' is
a message from the server. My first instinct would be to call them.
 
No, you are not connecting through NTL. You are connecting through
HNS.net near Northavon, UK. That is why NTL is rejecting your attempt
to use their SMTP server. For more on the reason for this policy see
