email problems

ever since we bought a laptop with xp, we can't access
our tiscali webmail. the log in page loads fine but after
loggin in and being redirected mail list, nothing
happens. the tiscali banner appears but the rest of the
page is blank. we have attempted to alter security
settings to see if pages will load but nothing seems to
make a difference.

You probably need to install a JAVA program:
