email-offers link

I receive e-mail which offers link and when clicked, it won`t open.. i`m
using outlook., could it be that the page was missing? or something wrong
with my computer?

Try this:

From Start>Run type or copy/paste the following:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Then try the links again.
