I am attempting to send the same email to multiple recipients using Mail
Merge in Outlook 2003. I must also select an alternate email account so that
the message appears to come from my boss rather than me.

When I tested this process with only one recipient it works as intended. I
did not use the mail merge because it was to only one recipient. My bosses
signature info appears at the bottom of each email and appears in the "From"
box on the receiver end.

When I attempt to send the email to multiple recipients using mail merge, it
does not work correctly. My bosses signature info appears at the bottom of
each email message, but my name and email appear in the "From" box on the
receivers end.

Any help?

Mail merge always uses the default email account. If you want to use another
account, you must change the default account. If this is an Exchange
environment, using a separate profile with the other account is probably the
way to go.
