I am trying to design an image to with my outgoing emails. The design will be
some sort of a banner that will be in a jpg format or gif and will always be
present when i send emails out to people and will jump to the top of the page
when anyone responds to my mails.
How can I do this?

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to whatever e-mail client you're
using (Outlook or Outlook Express)
