Environment:

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Service pack 2

Exhange server 2003 Service pack 2

Issue:

When printing out HTML emails the header title is named different to that of
the subject, if there is a fix for that would be appreciated.

addresses your issue - it fixes some known problems with printing HTML
emails. If not, please explain exactly what it is doing or not doing
correctly.
