Blank email header

is there anyone encounter this kind of "blank email header" issue ? one of
my user receive a NDR undelivable email, the ISP ask us to suppor the email
header for them to troubleshooting, but when I right click the email, the
internet option is blank, anyone can help me to find the internet header or
help me to explain this ?

the email server is exchange 2003, the user is using microsoft outlook 2003
to download email using pop serices.

That means the NDR came from your exchange server, the connection with the
other server was refused or not able to be made. What exactly did the NDR
say?

if the NDR is from my exchange server, it should sent from
postmaster@mydomain, but actually the sender of the NDR is the destination
email server's postmaster.

the error message is as following:

Subject: FW: ITIN: PNR P2RN2Y - 10DEC SINDXB - PHILIP/GEORGEMR
Sent: Fri, 7 Dec 2007 08:50:19 +0300

550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
-----------------------------------------------------

the sender is (System Administrator [[email protected]]), but the
to and CC fields are all blank.

please help me to explain the blank internet header to my boss..thanks..i m
in trouble to explain to him
now..
