email header on the top of my word document (Word 2003)

Somehow I got an email header on the top of my page where I am writing a Word
document. I cannot figure out how to remove it. It's as if I wanted to
email this document to womeone....but I don't. I must have put it there by
mistake and now cannot find how to remove it.
 
Click on the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar (or, if you have removed
that button, go to File | Send To | Mail Recipient and toggle it off).
