how do I remove an e-mail header from a word document?

Somehow while using a label template in Word 2003 I have gotten an e-mail
"send to" header at the top of the page. It doesn't print or show up on any
other/new documents. Can someone tell me how I can remove it from my saved
document?

You can toggle the email header on or off by clicking on File | Send To
| Mail Recipient, or by clicking on the email button on the Standard
toolbar.
