email header detail

I am unable to trace and report some of my incoming malicious mail because
the header information has been stripped. Symantec tell me that Norton Virus
Protection is not doing this, so can anyone tell me how to stop it. All I
have after Norton detects the virus-infected mail, is Symantec Email proxy
(with no further details) Thanks

Who are you going to report the "malicious mail" to?
Just delete the email message and move on.

To the sender's I.S.P. of course, who else? Already had many successes in
this with action taken. If more folks bothered to report this crap, perhaps
the net would'nt be swamped with it. I delete it (them!) everyday and move
on, thanks anyway.
